- 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, celery, walnuts, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
