Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Fluff the rice and divide it into bowls.
- Top rice with marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, radish, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

- Use fresh, high-quality sushi-grade tuna.
- Customize toppings as desired.
- Can substitute brown rice for sushi rice.
