Ingredients

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine rice and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix tuna, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Fluff the rice and divide it into bowls.
  7. Top rice with marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, radish, and green onions.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
