- 1 package of frozen dumplings
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen dumplings and cook until golden brown.
- Remove dumplings and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cabbage and tomatoes; sauté until tender.
- Add dumplings back to the skillet and mix with vegetables.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble tacos with dumpling mixture, green onions, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
