Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, egg noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
