Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and cranberries.
- In another bowl, mix sourdough starter, warm water, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 4-6 hours.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan.
- Let it rise for another 1-2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- Use fresh cranberries for a tart flavor.
- Adjust the amount of orange zest to taste.
