Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, orange juice, and zest. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries gently.
  6. Pour mixture over crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
