- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Cook until turkey is browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
