Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced bell peppers and spinach, sauté until soft.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and fill each tortilla with the egg mixture.
