- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated beef, stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add sliced onions, stir-fry until onions are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.

- Adjust soy sauce for a saltier taste.
- Add bell peppers for extra color and flavor.
