Ingredients

- 2 slices of ciabatta bread
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or skillet.
- Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on the un-oiled side of one slice.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layers.
- Top with the second slice of bread, oiled side facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and slice in half. Serve warm.
