- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Pour in beef broth and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use flank steak for a more tender cut.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Adjust the sauce ingredients according to your taste.
