Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Pour in beef broth and sesame oil. Stir well.
  6. Add cooked lo mein noodles to the pan. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. Serve immediately.

  • Use flank steak for a more tender cut.
  • You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
