Almond Butter Chocolate Easter Eggs: 5 Sweet Surprises

Delicious almond butter filled chocolate Easter eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Fill egg molds with melted chocolate and let it set for a few minutes.
  4. Add a dollop of almond butter mixture into each mold.
  5. Cover with more melted chocolate and smooth the tops.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy.
